The training sessions offered by Launch Your Farm are conducted online through the use of Zoom. The online format provides a convenient and flexible way for agents to participate in the program from anywhere with an internet connection.

There are two options for hosting the training sessions in Launch Your Farm. If you have 100 or fewer agents attending, the sessions can be hosted through my Zoom account. For larger groups with more than 100 agents, there may be a small fee for hosting the sessions.

Alternatively, if your board or office would prefer to use their own Zoom or other video hosting account, that option is also available. We are flexible and happy to accommodate whichever setup works best for you and your agents.

If you choose to host the training sessions through my Zoom account, a recording of each session will be saved and made available to you.

The recordings will be provided to you as a private copy on YouTube. This will allow your agents to revisit the material and review key points from the training sessions at any time.

The payment for the training sessions in Launch Your Farm is typically handled by the real estate board or office. I charge a flat fee of $250 per session. However, each board or office has its own policies and procedures, and some may choose to pass on the cost to their agents. Both options are acceptable and work well.
